Building Lives | Transforming Communities
This statement has been derived from two passages of Scripture:
Ephesians 4:11 through Ephesians 4:12 (NLT)
He is the one who gave these gifts to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.
Matthew 28:19 (NLT)
Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The Ephesians 4 passage is all about equipping and releasing individuals to fulfil the Matthew 28 passage - the great commission.
Dreambuilders Church is committed to Go and Make – to Equip and Release.
“Building lives” is all about Equipping and Making while “transforming communities” is all about Releasing and Going.
Vision is a glimpse into the future.
