The Church – the Body of Christ, of which the human body is the analogy, has been designed by God. The members of the body vary in the nature of their work according to God’s design.

In accordance with God’s design, the Holy Spirit distributes spiritual gifts amongst the members of the body of Christ. Through the ministry of the various gifts, the church will be edified, exhorted and comforted.
